Two Bedroom Cottage (Sleeps 4)
Base rates are for 2 guests. Extra guests are welcome up to 4 guests at rates below.

EXTRA GUESTS | $30 per guest per night
PLEASE NOTE : Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers. This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space. You will have the home to yourself and unneeded bedrooms will be locked.

- Minimum bookings 2 nights. Some peak & high seasons may require 3, 4 or 7 night stays.
- Rates are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Bookings can be made online, via email or phone.
- Infants under 2 years of age using a portacot stay free of charge. Portacot available for hire on request
Stays of 5 nights or longer attract a 10% discount.
- Surcharges & minimum stays may apply at Peak times (Christmas, Easter).
- Our rates are based on 2 people per night. Our online booking and availability calendar is always up-to-date and on-line
- Bookings can be made via our secure server. All rates are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- We have a minimum booking of two nights.

All gift certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
